I kept cutting corners — because I forgot to print, because I couldn't find the file, because it took more time than I had. So I built a tool that removes that friction entirely.
Send your patient a link, they fill it in on their phone and download a detailed clinical PDF — no sign-up, no cost.
Fill in a short questionnaire — and get the report your patient would download
| Screening questionnaire | Completed | |
| Depression (PHQ-9) | 4 | |
| Obsessive-compulsive (OCI-R) | 28 | ! High |
| Item | Score |
|---|---|
| I have saved up so many things that they get in the way. | 2 |
| I check things more often than necessary. | 2 |
| I get upset if objects are not arranged properly. | 2 |
| I feel compelled to count while I am doing things. | 1 |
| I find it difficult to touch an object when I know it has been touched by strangers. | 3 |
| I find it difficult to control my own thoughts. | 2 |
The link builder lets you pick questionnaires, enter a patient ID, and get a link ready to send — in under a minute.
And more — with scoring, subscales and clinical alerts. Some come in smart batteries that branch on the result. The library is Hebrew-first; the English set is growing.
Open the link builder →All processing happens in the patient's browser — not on our server, not in a third-party cloud. The report is created on the patient's own device and stays there. We simply never see the data, because it never passes through us.
Therapy should have outcomes. As a therapist, it matters to me to know that I am actually helping my patients — not just to feel that we are making progress, but to see it happen.
This came into focus while working with a patient with PTSD. The relationship was good, there were insights, and it felt like we were on the right track. But when we looked at the measures — nothing had moved. Only when we changed focus did the change come, fast and clear.
Since then, measurement is not an add-on for me — it is an essential part of good therapy.
You are part of this project. I'd love to hear whether the tool changed something in your work, which questionnaire is missing, what could be better — or just to say hello.
